Compact Pneumatic Feeders
Item Code: Middle-Series
Our middle series are simple to install as these are mounted directly on the die set and the two mounting screws are required that is necessary. Its actuating system by mechanical valve or by pneumatic or electric remote control.- Accurate Performance: All feeders are fitted with pneumatic shock absorbers for maximum feed accuracy, also at high feeding speeds. Features include quiet operation and low air consumption.
- Compact in size: No connections outside the feeder are needed except for the compresses air line.

Pneumatic Thin Strip Feeder
|
Our pneumatic thick strip feeders are offered with one or two guides for thin and narrow strips. Their delicate strips are guided throughout the feeder length by suitable guides installed between the clamps (one or two depending on how rigid the strip is). In some of the cases. It is possible to transform the siding plates in a guide and for this purpose plates are 10 mm wider than the max. strip width.- Band feeder for cloth feeding or very delicate strips: In order to help feeding dedicate strips, it is possible to equip the feeder with two endless belts which are fed by the clamps of the feeder. Our strips are sandwiched between the two belts and therefore never touched by the clamps.
- Thin strips guides: These are suitable for foils of thickness up to 10 microns. The strip is guided by means of top and bottom rod. It is possible to push all types of material (also metal strips thinner than 0.05 mm). It can be mounted on any feeder. With this device you use the total feeder width and the strips sliding friction is very less.
