Strip Straightener

We offer Industrial Strip Straighteners that are equipped with set of pinch rollers supported in needle bearings and various straightening rollers that are supported in needle bearings. Their rollers are adjustable from control to ensure parallelism and the loop control system automatically trips the motor on and off assuring the required stock advance per minute. Moreover, the variable drive (optional) is provided to match the straighteners feed accordingly to feed of the press.

These are power driven, harden and ground pinch rollers supported with the help of needle bearings and have enough power to unwind the stock. The hardened and ground straightening rollers are centrally adjustable and supported in needle bearings and the loop control system automatically trips the motor on and off. This assures the required stock advance per minute. Moreover, variable drive in provided to match the straightened feed according to the feed of the press. In addition, the four power driven hardened and grounded coil rollers are available with the cradle mounted in anti friction bearing arranged in arc to equalize weight distribution. Both inner frames are easily adjustable to accommodate.
