Gripper Feeder

We are engaged in manufacturing and exporting Gripping Feeders with easy maintenance and flexibility. These Industrial Gripper Feeders have been designed by our proficient engineers utilizing high grade raw material to ensure that these are in compliance with international standards. Moreover, the machine is integrally formed, which can avoid produce resonance when the machine pressing, and effect feeder precision.

Mechanical gripper feeder
We manufacture and export Gripper Feeders that are manufactured utilizing quality raw material. Provided with right angle gear box, which is mounted on the press crankshaft to transmit the press rotary drive to the feeder as well as splinted shaft and a coupling connect the gear box with the feeder. Moreover, to suit the varied requirements of our clients, these mechanical gripper feeders can be designed and developed as per their given specifications and drawings.

Following is the operation of our product:
  • The rotary motion of the feed slide with the help of an eccentric disc
  • Wedge type carbide grippers advances the strip between hardened upper and lower stock guides for proper feeding and to avoid buckling
  • Full rotation roller cams control feed cycle and timing of pilot release
  • A scale and a vernier are provided for feed length adjustment to ensure operator friendliness
  • Different stock thickness is reset by adjusting the two knurled hand knobs
