Our entire range of Cradle Type Decoiler Cum Straightener is offered with coil straightening units, which is built to provide a straightened stock to the press for a better quality of finished products.
The power driven, harden and grounded pinch rollers are supported in needle bearings and have enough power to unwind the stock. Moreover, the loop control system automatically trips the motor on and off and ensures the required stock advance per minute. The system is provided with a variable drive to match the straightened feed according to the feed of the press. In addition, the four power driven hardened and ground coil rollers in the cradle mounted in anti-friction bearing arranged in arc helps in equalizing the weight distribution.
